I go to Stuttgart every summer. Sounds like project is dead now, but they still protest every Monday.

Hans - silver badge looks good - although after seeing this thread I think mine is coming off next time it catches on the sheepskin wash mitt.

What color is your car? - doesn't look like a run of the mill silver.

Default OK. I'll play...

Here's a partial shot. I love the clean look. Took just a bit of buffing to remove the ghosting, but I no longer see it.

Cheers!

Matt

PS - what the heck, time for a new Avatar...

This what happened with my original black badge - the wash mitt broke a piece off so the complete badge came off. We'll see how careful I can be cleaning the new badge.
As most post 993 911 models carry a chrome badge I thought to give it a chance with this look - if I don't like it in the end it will come off and stay off.
I understand the need for badge removal on black cars especially - you can barely see them.
And my car is the Arctic Silver. (see my avatar) It was a bit of a dark day when I took this picture. We are in desperate need of some nice spring weather here on the wetcoast.......

Here you go - but this doesn't do justice to the color. Need to look at the rear fender flare to see a little of how the color changes as the light hits it:

Nice! Thats almost like Midnight Blue. I really like Mr. Moffats MB car. The colour changes from every angle and lighting conditions.
