Since our twins arrived 2 1/2 years ago I have not had a lot of time to enjoy my 993 the way I used to and am thinking about selling it. Right now a stock 997 may be the way to go for me.
My intent was to eventually go PCA Club Racing with it and it has been prepped for that (minus the cage) but has never been raced. Currently used as a street car (when I get to drive it) and occasional DE's.
Below are some of the specs. If you are interested I will be happy to provide a complete, detailed list:

Thanks Mark ... I know there will be another 993 in my future one day but for now practicality as a Dad takes precedence. I need back seats again!

NP993,
I would prefer not to get into specific vendors publically but there was head work, cams, a mechanical lifter conversion, titanium retainers, arp rod bolts and ECU remapping.

If one were to dig around, one could find the engine vendor in the archives. Let's just say the shop enjoys a very, very, very good reputation. .Whoever gets this car will be getting a fine iteration of a "North Carolina stock class car".

Sad to hear the news but presume the replacement will be even better.
BTW: If you end up selling the car without some of those goodies, please let me know. I know a guy who has a 993 C2S who would love to get his hands on some of the equipment you have on yours.
(His name rhymes with Thomas)

This has truly been a labor of love over the past 11 years. Jeff Scott helped me with most of the build out and the vetting of parts. The only thing that is missing (IMHO) to make it perfect would be a re-geared tranny or a G50/31 or /32.
But even with the stock gearing it can dispatch GT3's pretty well:

You have a SWEET car. It looks like you dispatched that particular GT3 because you are 1)a better driver or 2)pushing harder....in a strait up drag race, it appears he could hold his own.

Yeah ... but if we were into drag racing we'd be driving Camaros or Challengers right ... ![Wink](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
But you are 100% correct. A 996 GT3 will generally walk my car just that much in a straight line. But I tend to push the car harder under braking and carry more speed in the corners. However, if my car had some fresher rubber and no passenger (230+ lbs) I would have had him by NASCAR.
