We do an intake system using ITB's under the 993 resonate-plenum, plastic intake manifold without the MAFS, together with Engine Management of choice.
This makes excellent power with very crisp throttle response and a wide spread of torque. Plus, it permits a wide range of cam profiles.

This is the Singer 911 engine made by Cosworth
Is the intake manifold from a GT3 RS?
Could you describe the parts used in this engine please?
3.8 conversions have been made more than 20 years, and this is something not new.
My specialist recommends several brands and parts, but I cannot identify them in a single picture
Besides, Singer Vehicle Design used to give the whole info when their engines were built by Colin Belton (9M), but we don't have the Cosworth engine's specs
Do you know it?

Gents your all legends! Thankyou for the replies!...
Perv, your forgetting, it's fun doing this to cars-especially ones like the 993. Are you a technician/engineer/in the motorsport or car industry? Or a forum hero? It seems as if the things you wrote on your last post were fact-not just your opinion. Are you qualified to make such claims??? I'm guessing not.

To do it properly, and take advantage of the intake changes, you'll want different engine management (DTA or Motec), cams designed to to the job at hand, plenum work and an exhaust capable of allowing it all to happen.
It's a system and must be designed and built as such. Contact Steve Weiner for advice. Edit to add: Not inexpensive.

What kind of setup would you recommend?

I think a short stack ITB system would work best, however I'm guessing that some custom fabrication is needed to make that work with a supercharger,.....

COP's would be perfect with M600, too.

What is your recommendation for a COP setup? I'm seriously considering getting rid of the distributors.
