I'm sure all of this glowing feedback is well deserved but from my perspective I've been waiting for about 2years for polished oval tips and told I "was on a list". Not the way I would run a buisiness.

I as well was on this list, and Darin explained that the supplier changed or something along those lines. It wasn't the end of the world for me. I feel they provide quality service to this community and probably 99.9% of the members on here would agree.
