Thanks for all of the kind words!
Yes, the wide body wide ovals have been my Achilles heel. I have had major issues with the tip manufacturer I have been getting tips from (they are NB that I then convert to wide body fitment. I don't have the means in house to fab the whole thing.) The quality of their product has just not been where I want it to be. I have hand picked out a few sets that I made work, but the overall majority of the sets are not the quality I had hoped. This has basically put a hault to my less-expensive WB tip project at the moment. If I can find someone that makes a decent set of NB wide oval at a decent price, I could really make this work.
Sorry skicoach, I understand your frustration, as I am frustrated as well. I'm doing all I can to try and get this going, it just hasn't been going as I had planned.

skicoach, just to add my .02c
We really struggled with a couple of things in regards to the WB oval project:
1. We under-estimated the pent up demand that was out there for a reasonably priced alternative to the OE Porsche tips! There were so many people emailing, PMing and posting that we were not able to keep up with communications. Not an excuse, we failed... and learned from this
2. The other factor, as Darin mentioned, was a good supply of wide ovals to build off of. We had some serious supply chain issues on these that took a very, very long time to resolve. And, as Darin also mentioned, are still in the midst of.
Again, no excuses... just a bit more detail on what we were up against.
We try not to air our dirty laundry since it isn't really the Customer's problem but we trusted our supplier (in hindsight, too much) to deliver on their promise. We should have held back until we knew it was under control.
Anyhow, our sincerest apologies...
We've learned much over the past few years. Hopefully we are smart enough to not repeat mistakes, though I'm sure we will make new ones
