Default Short Clear Corners

Q#1) Anyone have a set of short clear corners they are not using? I'm planning to buy some...thought I'd check here first.

Q#2) Anyone know of a good place to buy them new?

thanks,

Mark

You cannot buy short clear corners - they don't exist - at least in all the searching I did. I bought the Euro clears and cut them down, as most people end up doing. The result looked fine.

OK, so are the ones at Automotion short or long and need to be cut down? It says "no modification"?

+ 2 for Better Bodies Motorsports. Excellent work and I had no problem covering them with clear bra material.

I just asked Gert yesterday if such a thing was available - he said 'no'...so these Better Bodies units just swap out the OEM ones - bumperettes stay- all is good correct....?

Those sets on eBay still need to be cut down. Probably time well spent as opposed to shelling out $230 to Better Bodies.

Buy the long ones and cut them down. A very simple DIY. I think the first mod I did to my car.

Here's the thread: https://rennlist.com/forums/993-foru...euro+lense+diy

You just slowly and carefully saw off the portion that doesn't fit because of the bumperette. You then seal that freshly cut edge with some fish tank silicone sealant from Home depot. My description sounds like it's a pretty ghetto way of doing it, but it's not at all.

As someone mentioned before, there are no factory short clear corner lights. IIRC the Better Bodies lights are just the standard European ones that they have cut down and sealed. So you can save money by doing it yourself, or pay more to have already cut and sealed ones from Better Bodies or Automotion.
