My buddy's been going to Aurel & Don's forever for his 993, then 996 & now 997. Good shop according to him.

That being said, both West End and Johnson's can't be more than 30 miles from Aurel & Don's.

Just called my shop that I use for alignment. They stressed that very few shops adjust the kinemetic toe which requires a special tool. They quoted me 3.5 hours for an alignment and 1 hour for the corner balance. So 4.5 hours @100+ per hour.

$450 for alignment plus corner balance sounds about right for so-cal.
I would expect the alignment will only take 1-1.5 hours and the corner balancing will take an additional 1-3 hours depending on how "jacked" your car is when you bring it in and how close you want it dialed in.

As a personal friend of Steve's at Johnson's Alignment, I can guarantee you will be 100% satisfied. And while your waiting for your car you can walk two doors down to Callas Rennsport and drool over what's inside... Like KaiB mentioned above, it should be a tertiary consideration. Never been to West end but have heard nothing but positive feedback.
