Volk Rays TE37 SL
Hi,
I am going order a set of TE37SL for my 993 C2 and can anyone tell me if i can fit the following setup for my car?
front: 18 x 9 ET46
rear: 18 x 11 ET59
or should i change it to
front: 18 x 8.5 ET50
rear: 18 x 10 ET40
these are the only available size and offeset they offer
Thanks
Albert

Either front will work. WRT to the rears the ET40 are for a WB car. They will not fit. The 11"ers are probably too wide but may work if you roll the fenders.

It would be good to know if it's for a wide or narrow body (doh!)?
The fronts: In either case they are the same and depending on the alignment & tyre size, should both fit, 18 x 8.5 ET50 for sure. With 18 x 9 ET46 you might have to roll fenders.
The rears: For narrow body the 18 x 10 ET40 won't fit unless you somehow stick a 255 tire in there or something, for widebody it will. 18 x 11 ET59 will be a very tight fit (outside) on a narrow body if you use 285 tires no matter how much you roll or have aggressive camber. With 265s you'll probably be fine but with 11" wide wheel, you want wider rubber. For widebody it should fit but won't stick out enough.

Drifting
I am running 19x11 ET67 on the rear (stock 19" 997 fitment) and it is TIGHT with 285/30s at RS height or so (had to do some pretty aggressive rolling). You would be 8mm further out. I would say a 285/30R18 *might* fit with very aggressive rolling, negative camber, and a tire that runs a little on the narrow side. Additionally, it would be slightly less tall than my setup, since I have 19s.
