Default 993 C2 Coupe 6spd 37k miles

No affiliation to the car....just caught my eye. Super low miles and a 6speed sunroof coupe to boot! Nice color combo, located in NY. Seller is asking $32.5k which doesn't seem to unreasonable considering the miles, options, etc.

I'd be asking why there's a '95 year bumper on a '97.

CorrdoBrit,

What am I missing? A 95 NB bumper is the same as a 97 NB bumper, correct?

Maybe I'm wrong but I thought the smiley face front bumper (see RB Cab pic above) was the standard design on Coupes and Cabs MY'96-98. And the bumper (maybe you guys call them front fenders) shown in the ad was a MY95 design and also used on the Targa.

"Smiley face" bumper is the standard turbo bumper, which many retrofit to the NB. Unless the car has been in an accident, that is all-original bodywork. IMO that's a hell of a car for $32.5k, if it is what they say it is (pics suck).

Benton is correct. My RB car has a Turbo bumper (upgrade and not original to the car though original Porsche bumper) The one pictured in the ad is stock or OEM original.

Excellent, I learned something today. Obviously a lot of people upgrade, and to be honest I can understand why.

Normal service has resumed..... yes, an excellent GW 993 and very low miles. Would like to see some interior shots.

Phil,

What's happening? Are you still in St Matthews? What are you driving? I thought I saw your house for sale.

I emailed the seller to ask for more pictures and info but haven't heard a reply yet. I also let him know I posted it on my blog and on rennlist. I added a "poll" on the blog to vote whether or not you think its a good deal.

I'd run the other way from this deal and seller. He's not OK with a PPI. Bad sign. Says it's because he has so much interest he doesn't need to.
