I´m going Black
Iris blue and grey interior looks good, but Iris blue and black is better. I started to night to rip out all parts that would be dyed in black…..it’s a lot off parts! Is there any interest of this DIY…if so I can take some pictures along the way. Maybe it can influence someone, at least in Germany where they have black belt in colors like pale red, green vomit, Smurf blue and other scary colors.
I ordered leather dye from Dynamix, and a full carpet set at Lakewell in Belgium. I think it will cost me a round 700 Euros and 20 hours to get it done.

Spidey993: Well Smurf blue was the interior, not your charming outside
Chris Wu: The fly died in 1997 so he was a extra big looooser, but thanks for the hint
The carpet set is from www.lakewell.com and the color from www.dynamixdyes.com, and all the job done by myself. I've been there, done it but I never got any t-shirt. I did my 964 Turbo 2 years ago. Did go from almost white to marble grey with very good results. Well I´m at it tonight again. Pictures will follow.....

I diden´t manage to do so much work this eavning, I striped one door in 10 minutes. To find every screw, like the hidden ones.....I first look at the PET-CD and locate them. Some parts was broken, to replace them I usally find used replacement at good prices at www.seeberger911.de
To night I will strip the rest of the interior. Sunday I will attack the carpets where the hard labour is!
On the pictures you see that I put all screws and washers in small bags and mark them. The last pictures shows the tresure I found under the passenger seat....not much!

Started to tackle the carpets……holy crap…this is the most time consuming part. I took a hair dryer since I think a hot air gun delivers too much hot air, and I don’t want to start a fire…..and with some heat the glue softens up and melted a bit, just enough to slowly pull the carpet off. Maybe I´m lucky with a 1996 car, perhaps the glue is more stubborn in a 964 from 1990. Must have a break now, but I´m on it in the next hour. Here are some random pictures…30 minutes old
