My records indicate the following which helped me make my decision back in 2001:

Euro M030:
FRONT: 177 LBS
REAR: 268 LBS

PSS-9:
FRONT: 225
REAR: 400

H&R Coilover:
FRONT: 290
REAR: 350

More reading to quench my thirst.

I have some spare stock springs. Too bad I don't have a jig to keep them aligned or I could take them to work and characterize them.

I'd gladly pay an extra ~$400.- for new springs to eliminate guesswork on the current springs.
