Default Blue, Red or Silver Calipers

I'm going to rebuild the calipers and powdercoat them at the same time. I've seen at least one Silver 993 with light blue calipers and I think it looked great. However, with my gunmetal center wheels I am thinking a bright silver or red might look best?

Red!!!

I have a Polar Silver 993, and that's on my to-do list.

I'd say NOT light blue.

I don't think you can go wrong with either color. I like my red calipers with the steel gray wheel centers, though I've also considered blue - especially after seeing Darin's calipers @ RRIV. Polar silver supports the blue accent well.

Based on your wheel colour I would go red. Darin's car (FisterD) looks great with the blue calipers, but his are big reds (calipers - not colour) and he's got Speedlines. Here is my recent thread showing my caliper rebuild, amongst other things.

I guess I need to look at Darin's light blue calipers-I'm having trouble picturing.

I agonized over this decision and finally decided on red:

Blue for PS, Red for AS. Course that's just me.

I've been debating color too.
My car is Polar and would be 100% red all the way if my interior was not Flamenco Red - more of a burgundy to dark red.
Part of me does not think it is going to matter, part is worried about the 2 reds clashing.
Even though they are not big reds, I like the idea of the factory red on the refinish. I have considered the Darin-blues, yellow, and sliver.

I love the look of the light blue but with those wheels I'd match the calipers to the paint. Maybe go with a light blue Porsche decal?

Polar Silver has a bluish tint to it so the blue calipers really look awesome, but on Arctic, Red or Yellow really looks great IMHO. Of course, I'm the guy that put SY calipers against Arena Red ... so there's that.
