car is smokin any help needed
the car sat on lift for 3 months the back lower than the front. I took off the rear 2 oil hoses not sure might be vents behind the engine coming from oil tank right in back of air box i put them back lowered the car started it and now it smokes blue smoke at idle or deceleration i let the car run and drove it for at least 1/2 hour same before lowering car off lift did notice oil coming out of exhaust pipe very little. Could any one give me idea or what they think

If you are assuming we know what car????
Is it a 993tt (only 'cause you are looking for some snails and a Ruf bodykit)????
If so look on the 993TT board.
In particular this thread:

sounds like you did something with the breather hoses?
what did you do with them and why?
no way to tell what the problem is based on your post
but it sounds like the nose in the air dumped oil into the oil tank and caused a problem similar to an overfill
just a WAG

The breather hoses that have a joint behind the air box?
They are very different sizes so that is unlikely...
More common is an oil overfill. I would start there.
Since it is a 993 turbo, there are a variety of other possibilities but we'd need much more info

Race Car
I am so confused.
If it's smoking at idle and on decel only, it's drawing oil in under a high vacuum condition which means oil is somewhere in the intake/breather system I would think.

the 3 breather hoses that have plastic joints behind the airbox, from the oilcooler to engine, on the engine side, TWO are the same size.
If you dismantled the oil breather hoses, and kept the plastic joints, on the engine side tubes, you could not have mixed them.
When you dismantled the oil breather tubes, if you left the plastic joints on the tubes coming from the oil reservoir, on the car not engine, you probably mixed them.
in other words, two breather tubes on engine are same size, and tubes from oil reservoir are different sizes. the plastic joints between are reducers.
to be sure, lowest oil breather tube on engine has a pronounced curve and plastic joint outlet is largest
middle tube is same size, no bends, and plastic reducer outlet is small.
