Haaaaa...... I am in Switzerland today (Monday) and will be in Munich for Tuesday and Wednesday for Oktobefest. Then to Stuttgart for Thursday and Friday. Porsche factory tour on Thursday at 10 AM. What a great three backpacking trip through Europe with the wife. I get to the internet now and then to check my email and Rennlist. First time in Europe and making it from Spain to Amsterdam and tons of places between. Rome was amazing!

Russia is the "Motherland," Germany is the "Fatherland." I don't know why... just quirks of each language and the resulting worldview...

Ooo, jealous, jealous. Perfect time to be there too, not too hot, crowds are thinning out ... I'm getting hungry just thinking about it

Looks great. The wife and I are heading over on vacation tonight. Should be in Stuttgart tomorrow afternoon. Hopefully be able to find some Oktoberfest activities. Hit the Porsche and Mercedes Museums on Wednesday (my day of the vacation). Then on to Innsbruck, Venice and Rome.

Needless to say, we've really been looking forward to this for a while now. So glad it's finally here.
