I prefer to remove gyro isolators so I can feel the gyrations better. It's also possible to replace them with custom sports gyro isolators. While there, I'd also consider replacing gyroscopes with RoW models the way things were intended.

Probably the front shocks. Got a set of Bilsteins off Ebay Germany for about $700. In the process of fitting them (have already done the bushings). Not a difficult job to do yourself - there is a thread on it. Cleaning the wheel arches is taking longer than expected and is a real PITA.

How do you overcome the extra stress on the phase shift linkage? Do the ROW cars have a heavier duty capacitor?

As I always do. By drinking heavily.

Yes, they do. Added amount of flux makes it both heavier and more dutiful. There are drawbacks, of course, but RoW gyrations are truly excellent. That alone can atone for not properly cleaning the ISV.

Try the RS gyros. Expensive, but worth it if you drive anywhere near the limit. And, they're fairly easy to re-build, so it's cost-effective over the long term.

Don't forget you need a 14mm hydrospanner with counter-rotating head to get phased shift linkage out.

Please don't be offended. We were all just afraid there was a secret part (waiting to fail) that we had never heard of.
