price, condition, mods, records, major service's, etc.
The mileage isn't of any concern, as long as it was cared for.

The car is 1997 c4s Black with Tan int. the overall look of the car is quite nice for the miles on it. It is a two owner car with 110,000 mile. The guy is asking 40,000 + the tires need to be changed.

If that car has all records, etc...with that mileage it's a $35K TOPS car. However, if it has THOUSANDS of dollars in suspension and other mods, that will ad some to the value.

I wouldn't be so quick to say it's overpriced, as I assume that's the asking price. If they'll take mid to hi 30's, that would be reasonable, depending on condition.
