Default Walrod bushings

I have just installed the bushings in the control rams and need to refit them to the car. What are the torque values for all the nuts and bolts? I really do not want to over- or undertighten them. Thanks!

Per Darin at FD:

The caster eccentric bolt- 59 ftlb.

The nut on the small bushing side- 63 ftlb.

The bolt on the large bushing side- 77 ftlb.

Let's not be so hard on these guys that are not effective searchers. I learn about these cars by seeing what others are dealing with.

I typically use 40ft/lbs on the caster eccentric and 75 ft/lbs on the caster mounting stud.

Otherwise, 75ft/lbs on the long control arm forward bolt and 60ft/lbs on the aft bolt.

No Loctite is needed. However, if you must, use 242 Blue strength.

You might want to download the factory Porsche 993 service manual.

Just Google "Porsche 993 service manual" and look for the URL with cannell.co.uk in it.
