these are from Harvey...GREAT guy, GREAT product. No affiliation, just an extremly satisfied customer. He hasn't had any listed for a while, so now's your chance. A close up of my "negitive" image Carrera 4S is below.
I've been thinking on and off about this. My cab has enough bling as it is to blind small children and animals, so why not? Especially in negative, they look pretty nice to my eye.
Are these rough or smooth surfaced? Will they scuff really easily? Do they install with tape over the original plastic sills?

smooth surface, black is a heavy duty OEM quality vinyl, and the double stick tape is very, ummmm-sticky. Simply wipe down stock sills with an alcohol prep, peel off the backing of the tape on the sills, and press in place.
Do a test fit naturally, but perfect fit should be expected from these.
After almost a year, and 10K miles worth of in and outs, the drivers side is "near" perfect. There are some visable scuff's, but you gotta look closely.
I did nick the vinyl months ago, when I exoted the car with the keys in my left hand. I routinely place my left hand on the sillplate when exiting the car. The nick is exactly where I naturally place my hand. I initially thought the black was paint, so I asked Harvey for some touch up. He replied that the black was indeed a vinyl OEM type product. Harvey was gracious enough to offer me a FREE replacement for the driver side, I insisted on paying cost plus shipping.
Hmmm, apparently they are no longer available, I did send him a 'message' thru eBay, asking if and when they ( Carrera, negative ), might be available again...
