Hi, a long drive for that car...but it could be good value for the right buyer. The body was pretty good, a couple of small issues. There is a rust 'bubble' on the drivers door where the trim for the window meets the metal. About the size of a quarter. I think I remember a 'ding' in the right rear lower quarter panel...a few light scratches here and there and the usual stone chips in the front valance and hood area. None of this would have prevented me from buying the car. It was the test drive that took away my enthusiasm for the vehicle. The clutch was quite heavy, and the steering even heavier. He said he had replaced the power steering pump but it felt pretty manual to me. The front end just felt 'funny', and make me nervous about the car.
But...I had never driven a 968 before so perhaps my perspective was poor. But it was not what I expected and decided it wasn't for me.

    Good luck!

Hey, You looked at that 968, I am in chicago and thinking of buying it. Is it worth the money? How the body on the car? Is there a reason you did not purchase it. It would use it as a Daily driver. Any input would be great. Thank you.
