Default New carbon fiber recline seats installed! **** pix

New Carbon Fiber seats installed in my C4S. Top is similar to Pole Position with recline back. Full carbon back and bottom with harness holes for 5 point harness. It fit wider than my OEM sport seats at both hip and shoulder area. Love it so far!

and some exterior pics as well

Seats are very nice. Are these the ones from the FD Motorsports group buy?

The exterior shots are gorgeous - your car sits perfect!

Wow, those are cool looking seats. I wonder if I could get those in classic grey?
Where can I inquire about it?
Thanks for posting,

Very, very nice.
Couple questions:
Can you comment on the new position, i.e. lower or higher then before?
New sliders? How far back can you go?
What size are you?
Where is the lever to recline?
Is there less depth in the back of the seat (in other words, more space behind while in same driving position as before)?
Self install or shop? How long?
Also, can you comment if the carbon fiber weave pattern matches the OEM steering wheel?
Thanks

+1 I have been thinking about getting these for my C2S, but have the same questions asked above.

My favorite turbo of all time. Well besides a Buick Regal GNX.

Never part ways with that car. Get buried in it; I sure would.

They do custom color covers, ask Darin @ FD for details!

I'm 183cm 190lbs. The new position is similar to my OEM sport seats. The center cushions can be custom order in thicker or thinner to adjust sitting height. The recline handle are at the side, just turn manually to adjust. It also have quick release handle at bottom back of the seats to access to back seats. I haven't get into back seats yet, the new seats are thinner than OEM sports and I assume it will give more room for back seats. I've installed the seats my self, it took me 2.5 hours for both side from start to finish. But I've done the seats swap in a Porsche many times. So I will quota 4 hours for 1st time DIYer. The CF weave matching OEM CF wheels and my CF interior kit. Below are some pics I've took during installing. You can compare new seats and OEM sport seats positions.
