there are several threads on this.
I'll just address the LCA removal.
Only one sorta special tool needed and that is a 12mm allen socket/wrench (available at sears for $7).
basics:
1. Jack car up, place jackstands on front jack points
2. remove wheels
3. using 2 10mm sockets, remove aero shields on LCAs
4. Remove center tray using same 10mm socket
5. Using marker/pick/screwdriver whatever to mark the caster eccentric for alignment purposes.
6. Use 19mm socket to loosen (but not remove) the big forward and rear bolts. The rear bolt is nutted in back with an 18mm nut which needs to be held with an open ended wrench.
7. Use a 17mm socket to loosen the nut on the bottom of the ball joint mount
8. Using your 12mm allen and a 15mm socket, loosen and remove the caster eccentric (which you've marked to the ball joint mount)
9. fully loosen and remove the remaining bolts.
10. Fiddle with the control arm to get it loose from the car. This may take a jack to get the tip of the LCA past the knuckle.
Install is the reverse of above.
