Default Where to get a replacement (turbo) bumper?

I'm going to get some front end work done to my NB '97. While I think they can repaint the existing bumper I think the timing is right to upgrade to a Turbo bumper. I'll also be getting the squirters removed/filled and blend/respray of the front hood and fenders. More than likely I will also go with the GT3 Tek (?) RS tail too at the same time.

GT3 doesn't seem to carry the bumper (at least from their web site). I'm sure Sunset can get them but is there another option for these parts?

Thanks ilko, don't know why I didn't even think to look on ebay. That one looks a little too banged up since my bodywork skills are nil the repair of it would add to the bodyshop expense.

Gert is fantastic but unless he's running a sale the shipping and customs expense wind up costing more than getting from my local dealer. (Gert's kit is $2,140 at today's exchange rate, shipping inc.)

+1 I'd like to get these as well, but the exchange rate is unreal!

I just paid $1,200 shipped through Sunset. That was with the Rennlist Discount.

Hard to believe but here is a positive review for this $600 Duraflex product...

To be fair, Gert's kit does include the clear turn signal lens' (for bumperette removal) and the mesh grill but I have a set of turn signal lens' that I ordered by mistake a year ago, so I don't need them.

Thanks a bunch! I was about to give Sunset a call. I too was curious about the Duraflex product but if I can get the Porsche OEM one for $1200 (shipped) I would most likely go that route.

I've received several offers/suggestions via PM, thanks guys.

Since my existing bumper cover is not really pitted (just needs a respray) I'm going to go with the GT3 Tek RS Kit (RS tail, splitters and skirts). Since I wanted to do the RS tail anyway this just makes the most sense. I'm going to see if the shop can fill in the bumperette pieces so I can use the clear euro turn signal lens' I bought by mistake last year.

In addition to Sunset, check with Hennessy in tlanta. Much closer for you and usually very similar pricing.
