I really didn't go anywhere - I just sort of hang around and don't post much..?? But - sometimes I do post, which really freaks folks out on occasion?
Not sure why that is - but, well..??? It "is what it is"..??!!
As well - it's nice to see so many of the "old guard" (you too, Mark!) showing up just to say "Howdy"!

Nice to see some familiar names here ... even if the context is a bit ... um, disappointing.
Those of us who have been here since the beginning (and before Rennlist existed on the old 911 email digest) are pretty familiar with the pattern of seeing people join up, amass large numbers of posts in a hurry, alienate some of the more venerable members, get into pissing matches and eventually (thankfully) move elsewhere ... people like Alan DuBoff, Greg Deeter, agro, mnmblu come to mind. It's when people like Viken and others who were real valuable members give up and move on that all you can do is ...

Rennlist has been 'home' to me since I downloaded an email digest each day in 1995. Many trees were killed at work as I'd print (!) the whole stash for some good office bathroom reading. Guilty... 
The key is to welcome the new, contribute to the dialog, keep each other honest, and if necessary, send the occasional destructive tool packing.

Frankly, I can't understand why people like this are allowed to use Rennlist as their personal hunting ground, sneaking around wearing a "car enthusiast" Gilley suit so that buyers will think that they're not car dealers.
