This is part of the "collection" of 993's and other Porsches that this guy is selling for a "client." First he started selling them on CL, then his own website and now Ebay. There's a bigger story here...something about someone defrauding several people through financial schemes, serving time, being released from jail and is now hawking these cars, obviously through a 3rd party that is an idiot. I've heard from a very good source and someone we all know from RL, to stay away.

Actually, I'm surprised that Ebay hasn't taken the listing down yet.
One complaint would do it.

What is worse, I don't even get it!!! Start off by insulting folks and expect a good return? Dimwit for sure, or maybe I'm just a p@@@Y and don't know it.
BTW: Don't p@@@y's have money? Most of mine go to keep one handy

Isn't he the guy outside of Austin TX who was selling 993s as a business and then got busted for some ponzi type of financial stuff? He actually had a relatively okay business going with a lot of nice cars (pricey) stored in new metal storage buildings on his property. And a fancy website with all the cars listed. Plus stuff about him being a Porsche expert and fanatic, etc..

Then it kind of all disappeared. A few years ago I tried to find if he was still around and selling Porsches but read in a local newspaper that he was on his way to prison.... I'm almost 100% sure it's him.

looks like he has a serious ad too, but still no details on the options, interior shots, or real info about the car. Maybe this is like that cab that was on eBay a while back - the owner lost the keys...
