Is a 10 "New. Flawless" and a 1.0 "new in every way"?

It does not have an easy parallel but it's time to move this one.
Sounds like something from a Charlie Sheen YouTube posting.

My understanding is that he served time at some point in the past, then moved to Austin and started collecting 993s. I don't remember if that is what he told me himself. His cars have been for sale for years. I sold him my Targa in 2005 or 2006. It was quickly put on his website for sale and was there for years.

He simply asked too much money for the cars to sell any.

No idea where he is now.

Thanks Canyon, but I know all of Marc's background. I was looking for his current situation, as he simply disappeared into thin air. I am familiar with the SEC conviction, bed and breakfast debacle, etc.

I do have a phone number and address from that Dec 2010 cached website. You probably already have that, too. But pm me if you want it.....

Well, of course I cannot speak for this particular individual, but there are numerous repeat SEC violators who have been in and out of prison many times over. It doesn't seem to be much of a deterrent for them. And they tend to reappear with substantial assets.

edit: p.s., speaking of such, guess who else is back in the securities fraud news just the other day..... after 7 years in prison...http://online.wsj.com/article/SB1000...googlenews_wsj
