Default 993 OEM "Traffic Pro" plugs right in

Porsche sold it as an option in Europe. Hard to impossible to get in the US.

$750 plus shipping.

Complete with US NAV CD and GPS antenna.

Routing of the GPS antenna cable takes ten minutes.

Yea, fits right in. You can get them form Becker for under $500.

Very easy to get, they pop up on eBay all the time.

I had the Becker version as well, and you can change the screen color (red or yellow if I remember well).

One will need to find speedo and reverse signal and wire into the Traffic Pro to get it to work properly as a NAV unit.

Ideally yes but it works just fine without the reverse signal. The speedo connection is useful as when you lose a GPS signal the TP extrapolates your position based on your direction and speed so you don't lose your position everytime you lose the signal. The reverse lead is supposed to help in the same way but when in reverse but since I seldom travel backwards at speed (at least on purpose) I don't worry about that function much and the TP works just fine if the reverse feed is not connected.

Yes it has GPS nav. Not the greatest but it works and the unit looks stock. The tuner is the same as the CDR-220 so it's a decent upgrade from the 210 - but still a long way from current state of the art.
