Strange. If you look at post #43 of mine, from 12/14, I've quoted a post by you. That post appears to have been deleted. Don't know why, guess theres a glitch in the system. I just thought it was weird when I saw an almost identical post (#51) a week and a half later and you only had a post count of 1. I'll chalk it up to rennlist gremlins.

Where were you guys when we had 20+ of these? Actually 10 of them were 356 watches. Got them from Motochron in 91-92 and sold them all except one 356 watch!

It's 9:59, about to turn 10:00 The tach is the hour the speedo is the minutes, they only move 180 degrees.

I don't understand ... The ad link sez at the end of the hour, both hands go back to 0 ... so if they only sweep 180 degrees, how can the speedo go past 180 degrees from zero?

^^^ Ok .. so on the Tach, noon is 1600rpm and midnight is 6400rpm and it's hand doesn't return to zero every minute (duh .. WTF?) but does jump back to 1800rpm at 1a.m. .... and your basically 'guestimating' the minutes within 4 equal quadrants in the top half of the Speedo...??

I think it would be more intuitive if you just ignored the numbers and made it like a regular clock, tach for hours, speedo for minutes

Another creative clock, as long as you don't need split-second timing:

GuardsRed-Design.com's RL-72, £198 GBP:
