Default newbie - -typical rear wing question - RS, Turbo S etc

I saw my first 911 when I was 17 and I was hooked. Well, it took 27 years but the wait is almost over. I bought a guards red 1995 993 C2. Just waiting for it to be delivered to my driveway in Canada. Will post pictures when I add a few mods. First off, don't like the basket handle. That is gone. Alas we need the third brake light where I live. I realize the rear window brake light from later 1995+ 993 models is an option, but am really looking for an integrated spoiler third brake light. Better Bodies has a Euro 3.6 GT rear wing with the brake light integrated into the back. I have heard mixed reviews on Better Bodies, does anyone have this wing on their car? They claim its smaller than an RS wing and will "make your narrow body appear wider???" A picture of the rear and side would be appreciated if anyone has this style. Then, I am also considering the Mashaw RS wing or the Turbo S wing. Has anyone fabricated a third brake light into their RS wing? Is their room to mold a brake light strip on the back of the wing? Since its fibreglass, will it eventually crack? Same question goes for the Turbo S wing from Mashaw. Right off the bat, looking for help, opinions and pics from my 993 brothers...

I can't help with the light question since mine is a late '95. But I have the Better Bodies/GT3Tek EuroRS wing. Build quality is good. Fit is excellent. Good value for the cost. They do not come "paint ready" though. Plans on spending another $500 or so for prep and paint at a good shop.

Welcome to Rennlist, and good choice, there are a number of '95 Guards Red Coupes here.....

Paddy's option is a great one and will be a bolt-on affair, good hunting.

Where in Canada are you?

various wing photo's below to help you make up your mind.
no integrated light, but how difficult is it to ad 96+ 3rd brake light to top of the rear windscreen?
I think you could easily add an LED strip to the RSCS wing horizontal blade.

have fun

993 Forever,
If you are interested, I have an OEM Twin Turbo decklid/tail in guards red. Ready to be bolted in place.
Here are a few pics of my old 95 guards red with the OEM tail.

Hey everyone, thank you for your responses. I'll start on a few of the replies. Paddy, your aerokit 1B wing looks like a pretty good option. Details on price, your timeline and condition please.
Trophy-looks like we're both from Cowtown! See you around this summer.
Al Z - thanks for the info, but the turbo wing is a little different than what i was looking for. Appreciate the option though. Trinitony-thanks for the pic and the endorsement for Mashaw- you have one of my favorite cars on this forum-looks awesome.

Al z: Thought you were going to install this on the new coupe?

OP : you said you got rid of the basket handle... Did you fill the holes and have the decklid repainted?

Sounds good, nice to have another local Rennlister, especially with the same car.

PM me your contact details when you get a chance and we will arrange a spring get together. There are a bunch of rennlisters in town here....

Ryano,
I am going to go with the B1 side skirts and twin turbo s front bumper. I am going to keep the original deck lid.
I will also install a set of recaro pole position seats, 5 spoke lightweight 996 wheels, gt3 3 spoke steering wheel and a few other goodies.
