Got it out the garage,

Cleaned alloys,

Detailed interior,

Fixed passenger seat electrics,

Cleaned around all window seals,

Pottered about with other little things,

Put it back in the garage.

Washed it, detailed it a little, in the garage with the cover over it. Big storm rolling through over the next few days in SLC and the mountains. My car doesnt hibernate over the winter but tucks away when bad weather comes around. Im due for some doughnuts in the snow one of these storms.

It won't be started for another 3 months and it'll be -20C this week. The good news....I haven't spent any money on it for 2 or 3 months.

Do it several times and it gets easier...you learn a few tricks, and its just a sequence of work you need to move through. The job needs patience for sure!

Cheers,

Hi Mike, thanks for the P Car Workshop writeup as it would have taken much longer without it. The amount that I use the car it will be about 10 years until I need to do it again, so no fear of getting familiar with the procedure . next time the plugs get changed it will be an engine out whilst doing a clutch or whatever
