I'll bet money too it was leatherique. While in grad school, I purchased an floor sample model Pottery Barn couch that had seen better days. I used an entire bottle of Leatherique on the couch and it was amazing the difference. Time in the sun to bake and ensuring you take time is key to letting it work it's magic...

Guys, Leatherique makes a number of products,. including, cleaner, conditioner, dyes, etc. Which product are you talking about?

Personally, I'd be pretty upset if a detailer actually used dye without discussing it with me first.

Yup. Not dyes. Just leather care products.

DanQ - Thanks for the tip on Jason's auto spa. I think I will be contacting him (them) next spring.

Pledge has been advertising it's use on leather lately. I don't plan to try it in the 993 just yet.

When I purchased my higher mileage C4S with a cashmere interior, the drivers seat looked much more worn and discolored than the passenger side. I used the Leatherique conditioner and cleaner for the first time and was absolutely amazed on how well it freshened the seat up. After I was done, I could not tell the difference in color or wear between the seats. I'm sold and have no self interest ... in the company.

Wow! That is awesome. I need to find a place like that here in So Cal (anybody have a referral?)

My seats are getting tired looking and the undercarriage has never seen any kind of attention.

How long did they have your car and what did it cost? PM me if you don't want to say publicly on the forum.

Looks beautiful, enjoy it.

From their web site, they charge $400 for an "enthusiast" detail and $300 for the interior. Maybe when you put the two together you get a "fanatic" detail.

Sureflex is a dye. and I've used it and when you want a dye its great. (they'll custom mix colors which I had them do for a couch actually). but Leatherique is a cleaner / conditioner. two different products... both are obviously well thought of.
