Cleaning tire sidewalls & tire dressing?

Use a rubber cleaner, it will remove all the old dressings, & dead rubber.
Then follow with your fav dressing. I like the lower silicone ones, for a nice matt look, the Griot's stuff is hard to beat, it last a very long time, & will not fling. But is very messy to put on.

yeah, its a little blingy, but it doesn't fling, lasts a while, and looks good to me if you don't overdo it.

Rick's Best satin dressing is the best ever. Its quick, clean, long lasting, and doesn't have a cheap shine. I use it on my tires and rubber wing/trim.

I like Forever Black. It makes the tires look new without being shiny.

I got some of the Zaino Z-16 Perfect Tire Gloss when I ordered my paint clay and protectant products. It gets glossier the more coats you apply to the tire. I find that one coat gives the tires a perfect amount of gloss and lasts at least one wash or a couple of drives in the rain.

Yeah, good stuff. I tried the clear-seal (i think i have that name right). Although it seems to protect pretty well I like the polish with accelerator better. Maybe it's the extra work that makes it SEEM better...or the wonderful smell. But I also think it is harder and lasts longer. Later this fall or more likely this spring I think I will start from scratch...clay and then my 6 coats in 2 days!

MY usual routine is to scrub with soap and water and dress with 303 for a nice black finish without excessive gloss.
That said, I will Stoners More Shine a try since I am very happy with their Invisible Glass.

I really like the 1Z/ Einszett stuff. It's a complete line, & I love every product they make. It's also German.

The Griot's stuff is also good.

I do use a lot of Griot's stuff, but most of that is due to the fact it's HQ is 3mi from my house. They have big sales a couple of times a year, & I stock up when they have them.
