Thanks to all for the kind words. It truely has been a fun project and the end result is better than I ever could have imagined. In fact, when I first brought the car home, I attempted to get the frozen motor freed up so I could drive it for a while as a beater. No such luck so OK while were going to need an engine rebuild, might as well repaint the car and it sort of mushroomed from there!

This car was John Moch's (Moch-1) last car as he has now retired and moved to Oregon. He really outdid himself with some of the details - I think he wanted to go out with a bang.

My suggeston is you attend to her wishes. A 912 and a garage is cheaper than a new wife!
