IIRC that link only has the host hotel, if it's booked up you'll need to use Orbitz or one of the others to find a local hotel. Don't expect a Ritz-Carlton but I think there are several cozy hotels in the area. I booked at the host hotel pretty early and the reserved block of rooms were gone but they gave me another room for the same rate.

My wife & I will be staying at the other Best Western in town and is about a mile or so from the where the rest of the group will be staying. They matched the price plus they have a free breakfast in the morning. The location is right on the corner where you go into the downtown shopping area for Eureka Springs. That's where we are staying with Speedster. They still have rooms and they are taking the overflow for the Palooza. According to the girl on the phone, there are going to be quite a few Porsche's there too. The breakfast they serve is hot and made to order so it's a great deal.
Right now we are trying to find somewhere to store the cars until our move is complete. We would have to time everything perfectly. It would be GREAT to have the 911 at the event. It's not a 993, but I think you guys might like it anyway.

I stayed at the Quality Inn & Suites last year since I booked late. The rooms were similiar to the host hotel. It is probably 3 miles away.
