Vic-- FWIW, spg993tt (Steve) traded his red 993 TTS (formerly owned by Michael Jordan) for the Pearl White 964 flatnose Turbo.

I bought a pearl white pearlescent Audi, and I had to get district level authorization to even order it-it was a several thousand dollar option. They told me it could be up to a year to get it, as they have to totally change over the paint booth area as the process is so different from regular paint application. I think that Porsche probably had a similar deal, except there were a lot less clients buying 993 and 993TT's than Audi A4's.

Is that one of these rare (supposedly only 40 built) 964 Turbo S's in a rare color?

Yikes

I don't suppose he would be interested in a trade...everything in my garage for one flatnose?
