Denver, Boulder, Ft. Collins Colorado "Porsche Gathering" Saturday, August 28th noon
Our last "Porsche Gathering" was such a huge success we are planning another one. The date has not been set but it will be some time in August. We can do it at my house again or else where. I am open to ideas but once again we would like to stick with a topic for that day's discussion. Please post here if interetsed and/or if you have any ideas. Here is a link to our last one:

We had approximately 50 people and 30 cars last time and that was with bad weather. Looking to hit 50 cars this time! Good food, fun, and some fine p-cars!

The last one was fantastic, a great bunch of guys and you have a garage to be envied by all.
Add me to the list, but I may be between Porsche's at that point......

Hello All,
I think Saturday, August 14th noon until when ever looks like a good day for the next "Porsche Gathering". The location is still to be determined. I will keep you posted.

Aug 14 location TBD ...Monterey, CA!!! (Just SW of Denver, & downhill, too.)
That's where Speedy's scheduled to be (See JDHertz11's "Monterey Historics 2010" thread for more info.)
If that changes: probably at home doing homework, but seeing you, Bob & more again sounds like much more fun
P.S. Hope the links I sent for your PM requesting Thunderbirds photographers' info helped.

The date has been set for Saturday, August 28th at noon. The topic of the day will be "Agreed Value Insurance Policies" and "Vehicle Appraisals". Harold Camp, from Appraisal Specialties of Colorado, will be on hand to discuss the variations in agreed value policies and how he completes vehicle appraisals. Harold is an accredited member of the International Society of Appraisers and is recognized by many major insurance carriers. His appraisals are very impressive and complete. Harold can write agreed value policies with little policy limitations and can insure newer model "Modified" Porsche's with an agreed value.
This event will be just like last time....LOTS OF FOOD, BEVERAGES , and PORSCHES. Very informal but very informative. It will be at my home again in Firestone, Colorado directly off I-25 and Hwy 119 (Exit 240) just north of Broomfield. It is approximately 35 minutes north of downtown Denver.
Food and drink donations are appreciated. Last time we had a wide variety of goodies and nobody left hungry. If anyone has a canopy to keep us out of the sun in case we need overflow it would be appreciated if you could bring it. I have a grill and oven if needed. Come one come all!
