I have an upcoming business trip/wedding this week. After putting a couple new rear tires on my 993 last weekend I cancelled my airfare (SWA fully refundable) and rental car and decided to drive.

• Leave for St. Louis this afternoon
• Spend Thursday and Friday morning in Indy
• Hang out in downtown Chicago Friday afternoon and night
• Attend a wedding in Bloomington, IL Saturday night
• Arrive back home in KC Sunday

Google maps indicates my big midwestern triangle to be about 1200 miles.

I fly all over the US with my job. So I can't wait to throw a duffle bag under the bonnet and leave for this one. No freakin' security checks.
