At least somebody hazards a guess. Your sign was in St. Gotthard, Switzerland - home of the Gotthard tunnel (under construction).

Crazy lights on the yellow Opel, nevermind the 959.

Showroom pics are from Stuttgart. Have some cooler car pics, but am not going to post them. Vintage racecars from a famous engine builder close to Stuttgart.

No, but it looks like the good side of Stelvio, which we have done the previous two years. This year we barely dipped into Italy and most of the time was spent in Switzerland.
