I have decided to reverse my RS hub set-up, as I need all the juice I can get from my battery (I like the A/C on full blast in the summer, drive with my HIDs on at all times etc.).

I have the TSB describing the pulley upgrade, but does anyone have a good diagram that shows the set-up with the updated pulley? I have the two halves of the original pulley, but can't remember the exact position, sequence, shims, bolts etc.

Planning to do this job over the weekend, if the shims arrive in time.

I wish you had asked this yesterday, I could have provided pics. Just put on an RS pulley...........

Do you have a chip? If so just bump the idle slightly. I have mine set at 950rpm. No problems.

Thanks, especially for the YouTube video - unfortunately, that pulley set-up is not the same as the upgraded 993 set-up (different pulleys).
