A simple Rennlist search has your answers, try the following solutions:

Gert's spanking the monkey grease
Carnewals pole position wax
Fisters Mr. Fister shine
Rennline piston polish

Of course you might want to peruse some of the Rennlist car **** during this DIY job

Some on here might say it took them a few minutes, but don't believe them, the guys on this board have been known to take all day for even the menial of tasks, just ask any Rennlister's significant other

Of course, those without a significant other are very very good at this DIY job

Please, don't post 'how i did it' in the DIY section

Mine (being a tip) is a bigger ****, and I get a bit more satisfaction when
polishing it.

I'm happy and surprised no one's posted a DIY video of the process yet.

its becoming a classic thread - mission accomplished. Cabrio993 that me and my brothers so hard to tell who's **** is who's.

Good ***** are hard to find so I will attempt some polishing efforts since no one seems to have some thoughts on how to do this. If unsuccessful where do you get new *****?? And thereafter I will keep other men with rings off my ****.....

Happy to provide some entertainment or whats a website for??

It's all in good fun Vern.

Back to the **** in question. I'm not sure that you could actually polish it since you'll be getting rid of the original finish and make the whole thing smooth and shiny. To mimic the original finish, you may need to media blast the thing, and even then it would be hard to match.

Replacing it would be an option, albeit an expensive one at 420 Euros. Gert has them here:

http://www.carnewal-europe.com/cpx_p93008.htm

Have fun playing with your ****...

I usually find that either sudocrem or vaseline work quite well.
