Thats plain theft. At Wal-Mart, 5 US quarts (4.73 liters) goes for AU$25.

Unless you are racing, I doubt one or the other makes any difference.

 

I have used Motul 300V oil for years with good results. It is quality stuff.

I tried Motul Gear 300 for the tranny and it was no better or worse than than Mobil 1. Recently switched to Redline 75-90 NS and it is a significant improvement due to reduced grinding when the gearbox is cold.
