I guess I should read the manual about the locking system, nonetheless, I played around with it while in the garage this morning.
- With the windows or sunroof open, it will not lock from the remote.
- Everything closed, if I lock (using the remote) and then unlock without opening anything, the system will lock and arm automatically by itself in 60 seconds.
- After the system locks itself, to unlock I needed depress the remote button twice. The first push makes a sound less noticeable than the second 'clunk' and does not unlock the doors. Not sure what this accomplishes.
