Default 993 & 996 Porsche shop manuals for $395 at pelican

Seems to be a great deal for Porsche shop manuals. Don't know if this is typical pricing for pelican thoogh.

Hi all. We bought a bunch of these from Porsche last year on closeout. The price is 395 until our stick begins to run low and then it will gradually increase. So get your set soon!

Thanks

Wayne

Wayne,
Does the 993 have all of the supplements included?
Thanks,
Bob

These are the latest and greatest manuals from Porsche as of last year. I believe that all of the pages have been updated, but there is no separate box of updates and supplements that you stuff into the manuals. I do believe that the information is current as of 2008 or 2009 - these are new manuals, they are not new old stock that has been lying around. Porsche had an overstock of them and sold about 2/3 of them in an auction and we were the winning bids. Needless to say, we got them cheap, and are passing on the savings (list price on these is over $1000, $2100 for the 996 and 996 Turbo manuals!).

I just took advantage of the great price on a complete, updated set off your site.
Thanks for extending the courtesy of the special pricing.

I just picked up my set that got delivered to the UPS Store.

In case anyone wants to know, the 8 binders are pre-loaded with the pages and the binders came packed in their own box from Porsche, which was then well packed in a box from Pelican.

I have to check each binder for content. Is there a master index showing all pages that should be included?
