If having any problems with the immobilizer I would recomend never locking the car using it. Lock/unlock the car using the door key, put the key in the ignition and turn to the on position, hit the immobilizer button and wait for the dash light to go out, start car. Also, check your key to be sure the red light in the remote goes on each time you push the button.

 

356, that's interesting. Same step we go through if we have left the key in the ignition for a few minutes.....turn the key on, hit the remote button to flash the little red door lock lights.....right? How about locking it with the key....nothing ugly happens?
