So how's this figure into the mix--a second posting from David Ray, the owner of Hooked On Driving:
"This is David from HOD again - Folks, I had hoped to deal with this internally, but it is what it is, and this lap certainly does NOT reflect any of the HOD culture. I remain very proud of our coaching crew that continually gets high ratings from our customers. Subsequently, the coach from this video is no longer a part of the HOD team."
