Am I correct in thinking that if you want to take them off, all you need are the European indictors that are longer? Will they fill the gap?
We don't have bumperettes here and after getting my new front bumper from the US I can see why! Yuck.

Funny you bring this up. I am looking for a euro front cover. No, there is a gap when you take the black wart off. I'll add relevant posts when I find them.

Ayup, the abone are correct. I bought Euro bumpers, which do not have the gaps where the bumperettes reside and Euro turn signals (along with Turbo S ducts).

 

Yep, unfortunately you'll have two big holes. I filled mine and then put on Euro corners. Although I had a good body person do it, there's a DIY on Pelican.

Bumperettes are fugly, thats for sure, and have no business on this car. The rest of the world got 993's without these silly things and only the "Nanny USA" required them prior to import... Go figure...

ooops, me bad. I thought it was on Pelican but it's on Pcar Workshop. Anyway you found it.

I'd have a pro body shop do it if I were you. I went to a high end shop and even there it wasn't that expensive. They had done them many times before (they said it was a "commonly asked for job.")

 

Canyon56, may I ask what experienced shop you are referring to? Was it in Socal?

A option for those with black cars, go have the them painted, had mine done by sponser, Bumper plugs, they do look better.

 

And after you done withe the front take off the back ones too.
