I think their work is very good. And at a reasonable price (considering the clientele they have.) Ask for Stan.

It's entertaining to stop by the shop just to see what's parked out front. Here's my car before surgery. That's Avio himself in the tan jacket next to the Phantom:

This is such an easy DIY. It takes an afternoon. Bring the bumper to a shop to be sprayed and put it back on yourself. Very, very easy and you'll save a lot of dough.

I agree.

But don't forget that many here are busy and their time is worth more than the expense. Also not everyone has the space to work in or even another car big enough to conveniently haul a bumper down to the body shop.

It's all about convenience, logistics, time, etc.. A trade-off, as they say.

Are there the same type of holes that need to be filled in the rear? Sure looks better

The rear one I got is the ROW type. No hideous rubber things.
I found a guy to do this earlier today. About $100.00. I told him he can use my old bumper to get the plastic from if he wants too.
I would have a go but I'm not the best at doing jobs like that.

Yeah, those are good points.

Sometimes I forget that not everyone's a DIY'er, or likes DIY'ing.

Pretty much the same typ of holes. You need to fill them and get a respray. Even if they are bigger than the front the job is easier as you don't have to go around a corner like in the fronts.

Glad you found someone to do it for you, I have to agree that those bumperettes are hideous! Make sure you post some pics after it's done!

Cheers!

fwiw, I'd do the rears, too. But only if I had a Euro style license plate. I think it looks a bit odd with no bumperettes and the short North American plates. That area (w/o bumperettes) was originally designed for the long Euro plate.

I agree with you that i looks like there is some empty space with the NA number plate. However, overall it stretches the car more in the wide and supportes the great look of the hipps. At least in my opinion ;-)

I originally thought this too, however now seeing the pics from jack and tjangi I am liking the look a lot more.
