loose hinge -> door clicking repair?
Hi, a clicking noise when closing/opening the door is coming from the circled area of a car that I am looking at. The white piece that holds the rod the door hinge sits between is loose. Can the repair be done through the interior or behind the fender liner? Thanks!

There are guys that have welded it from the outside as well with some luck, I am sure they will chime in..... Mine has been like that for a couple of years, just havent had the urge to fix it.....
