Default Techart Formula 18's for NB?

I am looking at wheels...I like the Techart Formula but wonder if the size is suitable for the 993 NB? It is offered in 10.5 rears and 8.5 fronts. Has anyone tried these and know about issues like rubbing, etc?

it will depend on ride height suspension setup, wheel o/s and tires.

in general a wider wheel wants a little more o/s

993 front 8 ET52 is standard so 8.5 ~ET 56 is desireable

in back 10 ET65 is standard so 10.5 ~ET 70 is desireable

here's a graphic that shows how several wheels fit

IIRC there are offsets for WB and NB, so make sure you get the right set. There are a few Rennlisters with NBs and the Techart Formula wheels. One of my favorite wheels. They ain't cheap though.

Wheel enhancement has them on their website: http://www.wheelenhancement.com/inde...lDetail&id=165

I am sure they can tell you which offsets are for NB.

Your car looks great! Happen to know what width & o/s the wheels are?

Wheel enhancement, $3K vs BBS LM 3700$......hmmmm those Techarts are looking better.
Anybody have pictures of an Arena REd with TA's?

Also, Bill I will get the offsets and get back to you. He told me but was preoccupied and missed it.

Thank you everyone! Not sure of the off-sets, but they are the same 18" wheel from the link above from Wheel Enhancement. 8.5 fronts and 10.5 rears.

I love the look of those rims almost went that way for my car, but my bank account said otherwise. Take a look here this site lists the offsets etc. http://www.vividracing.com/catalog/t...5388_5389.html.

interesting. i've got a set of 18x8.5 et40 18x10 et40 Techart Daytona wheels for sale that i didn't think would fit on a narrowbody.. but after reading this thread i'm thinking that they WOULD fit on a narrowbody.
