Anyone know someone/mechanic in the Chino Hills, California area that installs shocks and springs on a 993.

There's always Robin and Chris, but since they don't do alignment (which i presume you are going to need with susp install), you may want to take it to Darin at West End Alignment in Gardena. A quick search will dig up all the rave reviews.

I had PSS10s & Walrod bushings installed plus alignment done by him at a super reasonable price. Awesome guy to boot, everything people say is true. Darin is like the zen master of alignment. Check him out, worth the drive.

He is arguably the best alignment guy in Southern California. I had him install the PSS-10s and align and corner balance my C4S. Absolutely worth the drive.

Robin and Chris could do the install and Darin could do the alignment. That way you won't have to schlep down to torrance and leave your car there. Darin needs you to be seated in the car for the corner balance anyway.

It did take all day (dropped it off at 830a, picked up at 330p). It will come out being more expensive (moderately) but probably worth not having to spend all day in Gardena.
