The intercooler itself is a spearco unit that I bought off of ebay used. I dont have the exact dimensions in front of me, but I believe that it is 3.5 or 4.0 inches thick and rated to around 600hp. With the fan, piping, and paying a buddy for the welding, I have less than $500 in the whole set-up. Sure beats the price of the TPC air-water kit.

If you have additional interest, I can take better pictures tomorrow and also get the dimensions on the intercooler.

Did you have a chance to run the SC on the car prior to adding the intercooler?
If so........difference?
How about emissions....pass, or do you have to re-plumb back to stock?

I ran the car for over a year at 6lbs of boost without the intercooler. I had no porblems without it but decided to add it since I started to track the car more.

Emissions are fine. Actually, at idle, the supercharger is not intervening so there is really no difference from an emissions standpoint. Also, the piggyback ECU unit only comes into play when the car is under boost. So, the car is running the stock ECU tune off boost.
